Clean ovens are used extensively in heat treatment or drying of semiconductor wafers, liquid crystals, disks and other components and devices requiring clean air conditions.

Clean room oven can be prepared for installation in clean-room environments. Class 100 cleanliness is achieved by employing a HEPA filter and a back-to-front laminar circulation system. The high-performance oven provides stable performance even during heat-up or cooling. User-friendly PID microprocessor temperature control allows repeated temperature settings from ambient +35° to 260°C. Flowmeter and 8mm NPT fitting for introducing inert gas or fresh air into chamber.

● Baked on white powder-coated finish on the exterior for long-lasting corrosion protection
