GMS What we do.

For the semiconductor industry, our equipment covering high temperature (+30 to 600℃), vacuum(1 to 1*10torr),and high pressure (8MPa) applications. The main products include anaerobic(inert gas) ovens, clean ovens, lithography ovens, vacuum ovens, pressure oven, wafer annealing ovens and so on. High cleanliness, high temperature control precision, as well as the high vacuum of the three key technology points derived from a series of semiconductor industry to meet the application of the baking equipment. Involved in integrated circuits, advanced packaging, LED, MEMS, power electronics, flat panel display, photovoltaic cells and other semiconductor-related fields.

We have our own sheet metal processing and machining shop with more than 35 automatic production machines.

Our products are in compliance with the quality standards of ISO 9001, CE, FCC and ROHS. Production plant equipment that requires cleaning is equipped with a dedicated clean room and our equipment is produced and inspected within a clean environment before shipping.
