1.Control mode
Creating an oxygen-free environment by vacuuming and nitrogen filling, which is used for placing and storing products that are easy to be oxidized in common environment. When working, the chamber will be firstly pumped vacuum, to ensure that the cavity air pressure in the target vacuum range, and stop the pump. When the air pressure is higher than the target vacuum, continue to vacuum until the target vacuum range. When need to open the door, the chamber will be filled with nitrogen to release the pressure and open the door;
The storage time of each cabinet is completely independent of timing and control.
The vacuum system of this equipment adopts one combination pump system.

3.Vacuum conditions
1) Limit vacuum: 50pa or as request
2) Working vacuum: 100pa or as request
3) Time to reach the target vacuum level: within 5min.
4 .Vacuum pump system
Dry vacuum pump or oil vacuum pump shall be determined based on requirements.
5.Protection measures
The equipment real-time display and record the vacuum degree of each cavity, and can query historical data and export data, historical data not less than 30 days.
